Harvest festival - storing and preserving your produce - How to make the most of your produce, end of season advice with lessons on the best ways to store and preserve your vegetables and fruit through the winter and beyond. We will look at clamping root veg, traditional preserves and fermenting, with tasters!
Organic tea, coffee and cake provided. Please bring weatherproof clothing and a packed lunch if required.

In order to make our courses accessible to as many people possible we are implementing a sliding scale pricing structure for those who wish to pay for individual workshops.
